New TRs coming soon for IBM i ?

ibmi 7.1 tr11 and 7.1 tr11 coming soon

I was surfing through IBM's developerWorks website looking for information about a Technology Refresh, TR, when I noticed that pages for IBM i 7.1 TR11 and 7.2 TR3 are now on that website.

Alas, the pages appear to be place holders, created on September 14. I found that when I click on the links within the page I am redirected to pages for earlier TRs.

I take this as a sign that these are coming soon, and I am excited to learn what will be contained within them. Until then I will have to wait, as patiently as my young son would do on Christmas Eve, for the more news about these.

    I was told they'll be available on December when I reported a bug with the http server on V7R1.

    Bugs are not primarily solved through TR Manuel. October is the classic TR month, perhaps as early as October 5th. But they should look at Apples marketing plan, the dates for new functions are always promoted long before they are available.
